A small roastery with a long history.
Legacy started on a stovetop. My wife and I, a cast-iron pan, and a stubborn belief that better coffee was worth the patience. We learned by smell, by sound, by burning a few batches and saving the rest — and somewhere along the way it became something bigger than a kitchen experiment.
Today we roast in small batches, source thoughtfully, and ship coffee we'd happily pour for our own family. Because that's still who we're really roasting for.
